We offer three benefit plan options through Cigna. All plans offer national coverage with no need for referrals! To make this plan inexpensive for you and your family, we keep your per-paycheck contribution minimal, and we limit out-of-pocket expenses and vary co-pays and deductibles based on plan selection.
DENTAL PLAN THROUGH CIGNA
Our Dental plan offered through Cigna allows you to receive two cleanings, x-rays and exams each year at no cost to you! We offer 2 levels of coverage based on your dental needs and the plan pays up to $2,000 annually. We even offer orthodontic coverage (fancy word for braces) for all family members, up to $1,500!
VISION SERVICE PLAN (VSP)
Our VSP Vision Insurance is easy on the eyes and wallet! You can have your eyes examined for just $10 a year. We’ll also provide a yearly allowance for frames, lenses or contacts.

We offer a Traditional (pre-tax) and a Roth (post-tax) option. Both are eligible for a company match! You can choose among 30 investment options, including the T. Rowe Price Retirement Funds.
Full-time employees can get up to $5,000 per year.

ABM has a casual attire dress code which means you can wear clothing which conveys a neat and well-dressed appearance but that is more casual. The policy relaxes the practice of wearing formal attire everyday. Employees wear clothing that allows them to be comfortable in carrying out their responsibilities, and for some this means traditional office clothing while for others, it means casual clothing on a daily basis!

Company get-togethers happen formally twice a year but go on throughout the year in many other ways. We’ve been to Baseball games, NYC Circle Line Cruise, dancing at a Castle, and we hit it big while bowling. Many events feature foods like Chili cookoffs, Harvest Festivals with Pumpkin Carving, Ice Cream Socials and more. Our company “First Thursday” Bagel Breakfast every month is a huge hit. Employees gather to cheer on the announcement and presentation of our Quarterly “AB-Emmy” winners that are nominated by our employees. There’s always something going on from celebrating anniversaries to birthdays.
